Iron deficiency in infants is easy to miss, but its signs are right in front of us. A change in tongue color can be an early sign of the deficiency. So we turned a simple question into an even simpler solution: what better way to spot it than when a tongue meets a spoon?

This was one of the my earliest projects as a rookie.

In retrospect, it means a lot more to me than I let on. Thanks to this spoon, I learned a lot about what it takes to make the work happen, and even that is still an understatement.
