Most Indonesian women don’t think much about skin health, and they’re not exactly tuning in to experts telling them to check it. But you know who they do pay attention to? TikTok live sellers checking bag conditions. From flakes, rough patches, cracks, to discoloration on bags – but wait, don't those sound awfully familiar to... skin conditions?
P.S. I definitely would have written more bag jokes in the case study if my ECD hadn't stopped me. Still think that was wasted opportunity, if you ask me.
